The Old Farm House is an original cob Devon Long House, sleeps 10 and is available to rent as a self-catering holiday home in school holidays. We only accept weekly rentals.



The recently modernized house has a new slate roof and white washed walls, many of which are 2' thick, keeping out all weather conditions. Despite this there is a feeling of space, particularly because the old section of the house has been 'knocked through' to create a 35 long living room,dining room with 2 traditional Inglenook fireplaces, one is an open fire and the other a log burner. We provide an initial supply of logs, thereafter they are available locally.



The living room area has 3 large sofas, a sterio system (CD, Tape and radio), TV & DVD player.

The dining area has a large oval table to seat 14.


       
       


The Sunny Farm House Kitchen
has a long breakfast table, dishwasher, electric oven with a grill & 4 hobs, drinks fridge and large fridge/freezer (2 highchairs available).

   
   

We provide some
tea, coffee, sugar, oil, some spices, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, etc. to help you feel at home. We can arrange a £15 box of local fruit and vegetables on request.

The Utility room has a washing machine, dryer and microwave.

We have games and some baby equipment. Please contact us to check if we can save you bringing something.

We have 2 cots which could be placed in any room.
Rooms 2, 4 & 5 can be double or twin rooms, please contact us to arrange this.


We provide all the linen, towels, beach towels and some toiletries.
 


Wireless Broadband, internet access is accessible in some rooms.

Pets must be well behaved with domestic animals. They are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. We reserve the right to refuse any pets.

This is a non-smoking property.
     

          


           


 

Private lawned gardens surround most of the house.

There is an outside eating area with a brick BBQ.

We have a secure playground with, a trampoline, climbing frame, slide, swings and sand pit. There is also a paddling pool available on request in the summer, weather permitting.

We have ample parking.
