The Cottage is a converted old granary, with thick stone walls and slate roof. It has a warm friendly feel with an eclectic/artistic decor. It is furnished with various pieces of old hand painted and wooden furniture. It has mostly wooden flooring.

The kitchen/living room has a dining area for 4 as well as sliding doors to a south facing outside eating area with fabulous views of the sea. The living area has a sofa with a CD/tape/radio player, Freeview TV, video and DVD player. The kitchen area has a Rayburn which heats the water and radiators, a fridge with a small freezer, an old butler sink and thick Iroko work surfaces. (There is extra freezer space available if needed).

The bathroom is mostly tiled in local grey slate. There is a large double ended bath with mixer taps and shower attachment in addition to a wall mounted electric shower (constant hot water) and shower curtain.

There are 2 double bedrooms that can both have one 6' bed or twin beds. All Linen, towels and beach towels are provided, with some toiletries. One bedroom is up a spiral staircase and has excellent sea views.

The other is on the ground floor with views of the garden, it has it's own garden access (if wanted) and an en-suite toilet.

The utility cupboard has a washing machine and dryer.

As one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor there is possible disabled access, please inform us first.

There is a private lawned garden with eating area and BBQ and stunning sea views. The Children can enjoy shared use of the playground.

There is ample parking.

Our changeover day is normally Sunday but if we are less busy you may book on a daily basis, this will only be possible from 2 weeks prior to the holiday.

The Cottage is non-smoking.

We accept well behaved dogs.
