Sleeps 10:
Off peak weeks £1200 p/w
June & September £1400 p/w
July, August & School Holidays £1600 p/w
Christmas Holidays £1800 p/w.
We do consider off peak bookings for 2 nights+.
Miniumum 2 nights £500, £250 for each extra night.
(We can sleep up to 14 with mattresses on the floor, for an extra £15 per person)
The Cottage, sleeps 4:
As an annex to the main house, to sleep 14 £400 p/w.
July, August & Christmas Holidays only available as an annex to the main house.
Peak rate: June, September, School Holidays and Half-terms £385 p/w.
Off-Peak rate: The rest of the year £285 p/w
£80 per night for Fridays, Saturdays and peak nights
£50 per night for the rest of the week. (Minimum 2 nights)
A deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost must be sent with our booking form to confirm your holiday, unless your holiday starts within 35 days, then we require the payment in full.
Change-overs are generally on Sundays. You may arrive any time after 4pm on the start date of your holiday. Everyone in the party must have left by 10am on the holiday completion date.
Cheques can be made payable to Linton Farm.
Extras
Pets are £10 p/w each. We reserve the rights to decline any pets. They must be well behaved, especially with domestic animals. Pets are not allowed up stairs or on the furniture. The house has a separate room for them to sleep. All messes must be cleared from the property.
For £5 you can join our DVD Club and borrow as many DVD’s or videos as you like during your stay.
All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided with some toiletries and cleaning products. For your convenience we provide 'Welcome Supplies' of various teas, coffee, salt & pepper, sugar, herbs, oil, milk, eggs, bread, etc, If any of your party suffer from food intolerences to things like wheat, cows milk or caffine, please inform us as we can also supply goats milk or soya, gluten free bread and herbal teas.
We can also arrange a £15 box of local fruit and vegetables on request.
